Estimated Budget Total: 

$153.66 per person if 2 ppl in a room ($60 rooms) (our charge = $180/$195) - with Ramen Bar dinner

$123.66 per person if 4 ppl in a room ($60 rooms) (our charge = $150/$165) - with Ramen Bar dinner

$161.66 per person if 2 ppl in a room ($60 rooms) (our charge = $180/$195) - with Retreat 2nd dinner

$131.66 per person if 4 ppl in a room ($60 rooms) (our charge = $150/$165) - with Retreat 2nd dinner

 

Breakdown of the budget

Rooms

2 ppl per room = $60 per person for 2 nights ($65 for river rooms)

4 ppl per room = $30.00 per person for 2 nights

Meals prices per person are as follows:

Total per person for meals without snacks = $55 per person (2 breakfast $10, 2 lunch $11, 1 dinner $13)

Only 1 dinner added from Retreat Center on the first night since we will make the Ramen Bar the 2nd dinner (budgeting approx $5 per person versus $13 dinner from Retreat Center)

Coffee and tea not included in the current budget.  Will not add, it is $2 per day per person.

Meeting room

Total $500 - Each section - $100 Per Day (budget for 1 section Day 1 (HGBB’s topic) = $100; 3 sections for Day 2 (Girls split in 3 groups) = $300; only 1 section on Day 3 (Closing Ceremony) = $100)

Divide by 120 girls (Approx)

$4.16 per person

Snacks - $3 per person (smores, firewood, chips, etc - approx $2-$3 per person)  

Fun night (Ramen Bar, Hot Cocoa, Hymns Karaoke & Winter Wonderland Snow) - $10

Craft (luminaries jar painting - See Reham) - $2

Photobooth for fun night - free (run by St. Rebekah servants) – see Morcous for software

ID badges and lanyards - $2 (different colors) (like MSG Summer Convention) 

Crewneck sweatshirt or hoodie - $17.50
